About Hans Bakker
Hans ‘Juan’ Bakker, a former interior decorator from the Netherlands, came to Costa Rica in 1991 to develop a 100 HA finca he and two friends bought in the Coyote area.
Under his supervision the ocean view sunset property finca Coyote was turned into a residential project, while preserving over 50% of its natural reserve. He sold over 30 lots and designed and supervised the building of 10 houses and the natural gardens surrounding them. It was therefore a logical step to offer his expertise on all levels of real estate development and construction to the latest branch of Hidden Coast Realty.
