These guys are knowledgeable on every property in the Tamarindo area, they are always the first to know when a property comes on the market, and they know the value of every property in the area. If you’re selling, they’ll get the best offer. If you’re buying, they’ll get you the best price. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, they’ll walk you through the buying/selling process and give you excellent advice along the way. Take my advice don’t shortchange yourself by using another realtor.
