This home is located at walking distance (300 yards) from this small privately accessed beach. The house has just one floor which makes it practical, easy to navigate and more comfortable. The open floor plan allows for spacious interiors which include a dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens to the pool and terrace area which allows socializing while preparing food. There is also a breakfast nook that opens from the kitchen’s large window and overlooks the pool.
