Over the course of quite a few calls, Bruno really listened to what we were looking for and helped guide us as we tried to figure that out ourselves. He showed us numerous, thoughtfully curated, properties in Hacienda Pinilla, Reserva Conchal and around Tamarindo/Playa Grande. He didn’t just show them to us, he provided a schedule of the viewings, with details about each house and places to take notes, and also helped us to assess various aspects of the houses we viewed. So, so helpful.

Bruno’s attention to detail is incredible – as is his never-ending patience as he went above and beyond to assist us with EVERY detail. (And I mean every detail). He was in constant communication, even when he was on vacation out of the country. Without us even asking, Bruno arranged to have a contractor meet him at an older house we were looking at to assess what work might need to be done – and sent us video of his walkthrough.

Bruno’s advice throughout (and after) the home-buying process as well as the connections he has made for us have truly made finding and purchasing a house in Hacienda Pinilla a wonderful experience. And he has continued to help us after the sale as well, still giving us advice and assistance as we navigate management companies, local bank accounts and the like. Incredible. Given the time and care that he took (takes) with us, Bruno has come to feel like a friend. We are forever grateful.
