About Steven Vonder Haar

A native of rural Minnesota, Steven fell in love with Guanacaste in 1999, built his first vacation home here in 2002 and made lovely San Juanillo his permanent home in 2007. Steven worked in sales in marketing in the US and became passionate about real estate in 2008, showing properties in the beautiful “Los Sueños” development near San Juanillo. He also gained valuable experience and intimate knowledge of the local area working in construction and property management in the greater Nosara area.
