The house is located in a 300-acre private nature reserve with access to Rio Rosario, there is a ton of privacy and untouched beauty. The private nature reserve has 3 own water wells, which is a treasure in this area of dry season with no rain for about 6 months.

10 minutes away is a fishing village called San Juanillo. It has a decent grocery store and a fish shop. You really can get everything you need in town. There are also 4 restaurants now and a small beach bar that serves snack foods. 20 minutes away is a much bigger town called Nosara and here you will find amazing restaurants/cafes and night life. Nosara has a huge Yoga Community and is one of the top 20 surf spots in the world.
