In a town where motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent, Las Catalinas is expanding the town from the current 21-acre first phase of development, Beach town, to include an additional 60-acre second phase called El Prado. El Prado is physically located adjacent to Beach Town on the east side of Camino Las Catalinas, the main road into town.

El Prado has been in the planning phase for many years, which has allowed us to build on the experiences we have all enjoyed in Beach Town and continually improve our urban design and planning.

With a large Central Park, charming pedestrian side streets, beautiful facades, first class amenities, balconies, spectacular hillside views and pedestrian streets reminiscent of the coastal Mediterranean, El Prado will have a wide range of residential and commercial options with a particular desire to attract more residents who call Las Catalinas their primary home.
