Casa Almendro – Stunning Home in Tamarindo

Tamarindo Park is a new Luxury Development Project in Tamarindo surrounded by nature. You are at a 7min walking distance into town and with easy access to 2 different beaches. In our first phase which is called the Hilltop you can choose from 32 different lots with homes in a gated community. Our architects Richard Muller and Nayib Robles from RM Architecture have designed 5 different luxury model homes. At the core of Richards designs is his belief system – one that holds an immense appreciation for our natural environment and a desire to protect it.

Casa Almendro, located on lot 50 is one of our first Model A Homes under construction, this model is designed as a 3-story house. You can drive into the garage and walk up the stairs to the entrance or take the main access on the street side and walk right into to first story, here you can find 2 of the 3 rooms. Every room is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and the homes are designed with big windows to create an indoor/outdoor living experience. One of the rooms has a balcony and the other one has a little inside garden, allowing for a desirable natural air circulations as a positive side effect. The 3rd floor is the biggest room in this home, with its own work-from-home space, a balcony, a little kitchen area and a walk-in closet that is connected to the bathroom. The living room and kitchen area have an open design with a pochote (ceiba pentandra) high ceiling roof, which provide a spacious and exotic feel to this home area, while the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors invite you to relax in your private backyard oasis.

As we continue to advance with the first phase, we will move forward with the rest of Tamarindo Park. The finca spans into 37 hectares and the project is committed to maintaining as much as 75% of the nature in the property. The concept is to live as one with nature which will be achieved by implementing permaculture, regenerative agriculture and reforestation practices, as well as more common sustainable actions. Once we move forward to the other phases of the project, homeowners of the Hilltop can enjoy a wellness center, fitness center, restaurants and a sundeck in the finca, which we are planning to develop within the next few years.
