Tamarindo Park is a new Luxury Development Project in Tamarindo surrounded by nature. You are at a 7min walking distance into town and with easy access to 2 different beaches. In our first phase which is called the Hilltop you can choose from 32 different lots with homes in a gated community. Our architects Richard Muller and Nayib Robles from RM Architecture have designed 5 different luxury model homes. At the core of Richards designs is his belief system – one that holds an immense appreciation for our natural environment and a desire to protect it.

Casa Guayacán, located on lot 67 is one of our first Model B Homes under construction, this model has a main house and a 2-bedroom casita, both buildings are one story units. In the main house you find 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a separate office space, an open living and kitchen area, with big windows to create an indoor/outdoor living experience. The separate apartment is built with two individual rooms which are connected through a living room where a small kitchen will be provided. The individual access to the casita makes it a great investment opportunity as you can rent out this space.

As we continue to advance with the first phase, we will move forward with the rest of Tamarindo Park. The finca spans into 37 hectares and the project is committed in maintaining as much as 86% of the nature in the property. The concept is to live as one with nature which will be achieved by implementing permaculture, regenerative agriculture and reforestation practices, as well as more common sustainable actions. Once we move forward to the other phases of the project, homeowners of the Hilltop can enjoy a wellness center, fitness center, restaurants and a sundeck in the finca, which we are planning to complied with in a few years.
