Guests access from the North side of the project where there is a security gate – arriving to Flamingo North Ridge where they are building the Marina you drive in and take the first right up the hill – follow the road about 300 mts , once you see Punta Plata condominiums on the right 50 mts further you turn left through a white wall – go down the hill and you have arrived at Oceanica Condominums , Unit 829 is at the last building on the right on the 5th floor. Take the elevator up to 5 and turn left. You have arrived !
